Hand out the large sheets of manila drawing paper.
Show them how to tear around the edges.
It will look like a stone.

They can make sure it is correct and placement will
be good.

Go over it with magic marker.

Lightly color the paper with a brown crayon.
Lightly crumble it to give the appearance of an
old stone.
T he completed rune stone will be displayed in the

Have a friend decode the message.
