Cnidarian Piano Fold Book  All directions worth 3 points each.

1 Fold 12 X 18 construction paper. Leave 1" - 1  1/2" tab
 2 Mark 2" column width across paper.
3 Draw in pencil the bottom of the ocean mounds.
4 Cut up from first two marks. Stop about 1" from top of paper.
5 Use marker to label tabs "What is Coral?" and "Coral Types."
6 Lift tab #1 What is Coral? and print in pencil notes from board.
7 Lift tab #2 Coral Types and print in pencil notes from board.
You will do this everyday.
8 Draw in pencil these 4 types  of coral: Elkhorn, Brain, Flower, and Eye Coral.
9 Use colored pencils to color corals.
10 Outline colored corals with markers.
11 Use marker to print the names of the corals.
12 In pencil draw a Jellyfish, Sea Anomones, and a Portuguese Man-O-War.
13 Use colored pencils to color these other cnidarians (stinging-celled animals).
14 Outline the cnidarians you colored with markers.
15 Use marker to print the names of the Cnidarians.
16 In pencil draw 5 other animals from the Coral Reef Community.
17 Use colored pencils to color the coral reef animals.
18 Outline colored reef animals with markers.
19 Use marker to print the names of any other reef animals you added.
20 Use pencil to draw title "CORAL REEFS" in Bubble Letters.
21 Use colored pencil to color title "CORAL REEFS"
22 Use Marker to outline title "CORAL REEFS"
23 Put dots in title letters to make "CORAL REEFS" look like coral.
24 Use colored pencils to color mounds on ocean floor. Brown, yellow, orange.
25 Use blue colored pencil to shade (Use edge of pencil) the paper.
26 Print your name on the cover.
